BeejRewards ("we," "our," or "us") provides a website and vendor web portal that enable participating businesses to manage digital loyalty programs and communicate with their customers. Account Information: For vendors and their authorized staff, we collect names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, and login credentials to create and manage accounts. During enrollment, vendors may be required to provide a valid business license, and after any free membership period, an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for verification.

Profile & Content: Vendor profile details (logo, description, location, offers) and consumer-facing content you submit via the portal.

Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or analytics data generated when you access the site or portal.

Location-Related Data: The portal may store business locations you provide. The consumer app may use approximate location to display nearby listings; the website/portal itself generally does not collect precise location from end users.

Identifiers & QR: Unique identifiers (such as account IDs, device tokens used for notifications) and QR codes associated with consumer accounts maintained by participating vendors.

Support & Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or responding to surveys.

The BeejRewards website and portal are intended for business use by adults. Vendors must hold a valid business license and, following any free membership period, provide an EIN for verification. Data Retention

Vendor account and profile data are retained while your account remains active and as needed to meet legal and operational requirements. Consumer-facing in-app notifications are designed to expire after approximately six (6) hours; related delivery logs in the portal may persist longer for security and audit reasons. Backups may be retained for a limited period.
