Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BeejRewards mobile app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the app. Vendors must hold a valid business license and, after any free membership period, provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for verification.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the profile view in the app. Upon deletion, personal data is removed from active systems, although some data may remain in backup or as required by law.

Loyalty Program Participation

Consumers can earn digital stamps, track rewards, and receive vendor messages. Vendors configure their loyalty program rules and reward thresholds. We are not responsible for vendor offers, availability, or reward fulfillment.

Notifications

Vendors may send push notifications limited by frequency and length. Notifications are temporary and automatically expire after approximately six (6) hours.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with security or operations, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. Vendors agree to provide accurate business details and lawful content in their promotions.

Intellectual Property

BeejRewards owns all rights, title, and interest in the app, including trademarks, logos, and software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for its intended purposes.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their loyalty settings, promotions, and profile information. Vendors must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and business-licensing laws.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeejRewards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rewards, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us (if any) during the twelve (12) months before a claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel or delete your account at any time in the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
